Volleyball Season Ends in Regional Play

The CSS volleyball season ended tonight at the Fowler District 8 Regional.  The girls in blue won the first set 27-25 over the #8 host team, the Fowler Grizzlies, while falling short 1-3 in the 2:00 match.   After a 30-minute break the #29 Kodiaks played #17 Sanford before losing 0-3 in a hard-fought match.

Volleyball Prepares for Region 8 Tournament

On Friday, November 8, the #29 Kodiaks will play against host #8 Fowler at 2:00 p.m. for the first round of the Regional volleyball tournament.  Immediately following this game, CSS will play #17 Sanford at 4:00 p.m. Fowler and Sanford meet up for the final Regional game at 6:00 p.m.  To advance to the 12-team

Volleyball Wins Crowley County Tournament

The girls traveled to Ordway today for their regular-season finale at the Crowley County H.S. Volleyball Tournament. Game play began at 10:00 a.m. with a 25-23, 25-18 victory over John Mall. Soon after the Kodiaks defeated the host team, Crowley County, 25-19, 25-20 before losing a close 3-game match to BFL rival Peyton 25-22, 15-25, 9-15.

Kodiaks Carve Out a Win on Senior Night

While ghosts, monsters, and witches spooked the campus, CSS celebrated our senior athletes on Halloween night at the slightly haunted Tutt Field House for a makeup volleyball game against the fierce Jaguars of James Irwin. The girls in pink beat ECA tonight 3-0 in a game dedicated to breast cancer awareness. Alum Molly B. ‘19 joined the Kodiaks on the bench while home from CU-Boulder for the weekend.
